All listed prices use Vietnamese Dong (VND) as the currency and clearly state the corresponding unit of measurement for each type of service (such as: VND/guest, VND/group, VND/vehicle/day, VND/set of documents).
Where a reference price or "Price from..."is displayed, the scope of application and detailed conditions will be published accordingly; this price does not constitute the final total payable cost until the service is officially confirmed.
2. Quotation Procedure for Customized Services
For custom-designed tour programs, services for large groups, special itineraries or services marked "Contact for price", the Company will prepare a quotation based on the destination, departure time, number of guests, service standards and other additional requirements. Before confirming a transaction or signing a contract, the Company provides a written quotation or official data message, clearly stating the validity period of the quotation and the total cost that the customer is obliged to pay.
3. Value Added Tax (VAT) and Cost Components
The total cost in quotations and service contracts includes Value Added Tax (VAT) and mandatory fees and charges under current laws, unless otherwise agreed separately in writing. The Company commits to keeping the listed price information on the website consistent with the price in the service contract. The issuance of financial invoices (VAT invoices) is carried out in full compliance with Vietnamese tax law.
For costs that may arise (including but not limited to: air tickets, baggage surcharges, single room surcharges, visa/consular fees, travel insurance, additional sightseeing tickets, personal expenses outside the itinerary and payment service fees), the Company will clearly list the "Included" and "Not included" categories together with the specific amount or calculation method. The Company commits not to arbitrarily collect any other mandatory fees after the transaction has been confirmed by the customer and the contract has taken effect.
4. Pricing Policy for Children and Customers with Special Requirements
The pricing policy applicable to children, infants, extra beds or individual guest surcharges is determined based on the regulations of the service provider (airline, hotel, transport partner), the customer's age, height or date of birth. Details of age-based pricing regulations will be publicly displayed at each service program or specifically advised before the customer makes payment.
5. Regulations on Promotions and Incentives
All promotions and discount offers are publicly announced with full information: eligible subjects, validity period, quantity/incentive limit, conditions of application, rules for combining incentives and the actual price after discount. Joy Travel Company commits to correctly implementing the listed incentive programs and ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with promotion laws.
6. Price Adjustments Before and After Service Confirmation
Service prices for new orders may be adjusted depending on supply conditions, seasonality or changes in costs from third parties (airlines, foreign partners, exchange rates). For quotations still within their validity period or transactions that have been confirmed (the customer has paid/deposited and received confirmation from the Company), the price remains as committed. Any changes arising from force majeure will be discussed transparently so that both parties can agree on a handling plan on the basis of law and the signed contract.
Prices for new transactions may change according to supply capacity, seasonality, partner costs or announced price factors. For quotations that are still valid, the Company acts in accordance with the quotation conditions. For confirmed transactions, price changes are only made on legal grounds and clear agreement; customers are informed of the reason, the amount of change and appropriate options before any additional obligation arises.
In the event of a technical incident resulting in incorrect price display on the website system, the Company will proactively notify the customer immediately to negotiate support or cancel the transaction with a refund in accordance with e-commerce laws, ensuring the maximum lawful rights of the customer.
