2. Conditions for Booking Services and Confirming Transactions
Customers participating in transactions must have full civil legal capacity as prescribed or act through a lawful representative, and are responsible for providing accurate and truthful requested information and paying on time as agreed. Confirmation of service provision depends on availability, departure schedule, the partner's capacity to fulfill and official written confirmation from Joy Travel Co., Ltd.
3. Regulations on International Tours and Visa Services
Customers are responsible for ensuring the conditions regarding passport (with a minimum validity of 06 months), visa regulations, immigration and health regulations of the destination country. Visa issuance results and decisions permitting entry are within the absolute authority of the competent authorities of the host country. Joy Travel acts as a consulting unit, supporting the collection and submission of documents according to the proper procedure; and is fully responsible for the work it has committed to within the scope of its obligations.
All information and documents in the visa application must be truthful. Customers are clearly and fully informed of official fees, non-refundable costs and financial handling policies in the event the visa is refused before the application is submitted.
4. Regulations for Customers Requiring Special Support
Customers who are children, people with limited mobility, people with special health conditions or those with separate service requests will be specifically advised on participation conditions and optimal support options. The Company does not apply unreasonable restrictions and commits to protecting customers' personal and health information in accordance with the law.
5. Limitation of Liability by Type of Service
- Vehicle rental services: Publicly disclose vehicle type, capacity, itinerary, service time, kilometer limit and additional surcharges arising (if any).
- Tour Guide/Interpreter services: Clearly confirm language, location, working duration, scope of committed work and additional surcharges arising (if any).
- Tour programs: Clearly list service standards (accommodation, transportation, meals), detailed itinerary, list of included/not included services and the minimum number of guests required for departure.
- Travel SIM/eSIM products: Provide details on type (physical SIM or eSIM), data capacity, validity period, coverage area and activation instructions.
- Purchasing agent/Korean goods order services: Clearly define the role as an intermediary/purchasing agent, product origin information, delivery and receipt process and return policy.
- Medical travel support services: Joy Travel acts in a logistics coordination support role (booking appointments, supporting visa procedures, pick-up and drop-off, interpretation). Partner medical facilities bear full professional responsibility for diagnosis and treatment.
6. Service Changes and Force Majeure
In the event of itinerary changes due to natural disasters, epidemics, aviation incidents or other force majeure events, Joy Travel will promptly notify and coordinate with customers to propose the best remedy. All adjustments to costs or service content will be resolved in a spirit of support, in compliance with legal regulations and the signed contract.
